COTTONSEED OIL CAKE :

Our production of cottonseed oil cake is uncontaminated and rich. Raiyani Cotton Industries cares for animals and the authenticity of cakes is also a rich source of nutrients for animals. A large amount of protein is found in our cottonseed oil cake, which makes it highly desirable for livestock feed in India and globally.

COTTONSEED WASH OIL :

Like other vegetable oils, cottonseed oil is extracted from the plant's seed, either by mechanical processes such as crushing or pressing. Cotton seeds are sent to be cleaned in the shaker room, then the cleaned cotton is sent through the grin sand where linter's from the cottonseed are extracted. The next step is to pass cotton seeds through hullers, where the tough seed coats are removed. In an oil expeller pressed, the seeds obtained from this section are crushed for oil recovery. And the washed oil goes to the local refinery for refining.
